Orpheus and Eurydice

Περιγραφή

The world was born out of love, and it was nearly destroyed by it as well. This happened more than once. In the earliest times, the love between gods and mortals was so intense and powerful that it could challenge the very laws of nature. Such was the love Orpheus had for his beloved Euridice, who met an untimely death. Driven by his profound longing for her, he journeyed to the underworld to bring her back, armed only with his music and his deep affection. The series Tales from Greek Mythology presents a fresh perspective on the ancient Greek myths. These are not merely old, worn-out stories, but captivating tales of timeless human adventures, filled with the fears and joys that have always touched and continue to touch the human soul.
